Using Your Mill :
Begin by breaking the flower into smaller pieces and fill the chamber (avoiding the center rod). Position the knob over the chamber without pressing down too hard. Apply minimal downward pressure and twist back and forth while keeping it level. Pay attention to the feel and sound as it mills, it will finish faster than you may anticipate.
